Sponsored Post: Gallery Wrapped Canvas Prints

As I was looking through the incredible photos that Drew B took of our new little guy, I was thinking of how much I would love to have them on canvas on our home. With perfect timing, Easy Canvas Prints contacted me and asked me to review their products on the blog. Of course, I said yes right away!

They sent me an 8×10 gallery wrapped canvas print of one of my favorite shots from our newborn shoot:

I absolutely love it! Great quality and super quick turn around. Just like their name suggests, it was really easy to order as well. It first perfectly in our little built-in and I just cannot help but smile when I look up at it.

The only thing I wish could have been different is that it would not have zoomed in so much. I like the composition of the original image and when I went to order the canvas, the editing software on the website had already zoomed in.

The best part about it is these canvases are really reasonably priced- starting at around $30! I just saw on their website that they currently are offering 25% off and free shipping as well. So awesome! If you are looking to have photos of your wedding, baby or any daily moment featured on canvas, be sure to check out Canvas Prints.

**This post was sponsored by Easy Canvas Prints. I received free product in exchange for a blog review. The product review and words are all mine though**

Cricut Cartridge Giveaway #2

Thank you to everyone who entered our first Cricut Cartridge Giveaway last week! If you haven’t had a chance to yet, please check out my DIY Wedding video on Provo Craft’s Cricut website. It was so much fun to be a part of!

Today, I am excited to announce part 2 of our Cricut Cartridge Giveaway! This set has cartridges that are primarily focused on weddings and love. Here they are:

*Storybook:

This is actually the font I used for the numbers on my projects. It is a really pretty font and the cartridge also has some fun shapes and phrases.

*Tie the Knot:

This one has fun wedding phrases and shapes and also has some great project items such as favor boxes, a scalloped pennant and cones. I used this quite a bit on the other project ideas I showed in the video.

*Sweethearts:

Lots of great shapes for any occasion, as well as some cute ones for showers, anniversaries, weddings, valentines day and engagement parties. There are tag, card and envelope features, so there are tons of projects you could use this one for.

*Formal Occasion:

This cartridge has shapes for any dressy event. It has phrases and cute frames too.

Just like last week, you can enter up to 3 times by taking the following steps:

1. Comment on this post, telling me what your favorite wedding detail is/was. Or- you can tell me what your favorite cricut cartridge is.

2. Tweet or post on Facebook about this giveaway. Once you have, comment with a link back here.

3. Blog about the DIY class and the giveaway. Once you have, post again here with a link to your blog post.

You can enter each way only once. You can enter until midnight on Friday, July 15th. I will announce the winner on Monday the 18th.

**Thank you to Provo Craft for supplying the cartridges for these giveaways. Other than the company supplying the items, I am not receiving any sponsorship/payments from Provo Craft for this post**

Julie & Bryan’s Elegant LA Wedding

Julie and Bryan are such an elegant, classy couple and their wedding was such a good representation of their style. We introduced them to you a couple of months ago and are so excited to share the beautiful photos of their wedding, captured by Erin Hearts Court.

Their wedding was simply stunning- classic details with a warm, tasty color palette of plum, peach and blush pink. It was held at one of our favorite venues- Vibiana.

Julie’s veil is one of my favorite veils I’ve ever seen- those ruffles!

Meg of La Partie did the floral design and everything was beautiful!

How sweet are they?

We were so excited to see that their wedding was featured today on Elizabeth Anne Designs. You can see the post here, as well as a snippet of their wedding film!

A DIY Wedding Class with the Cricut

A couple of months ago, Provocraft flew me out to Utah to film a class on creative ways to use the Cricut for wedding decor. For those of you who have not heard of the Cricut, it is a cutting machine that can cut literally thousands and thousands of shapes and fonts with themed cartridges. I love mine- I use it all the time for my weddings and for my personal parties and decor. Provocraft just released a new version, called the Cricut Expression 2 and it is really fun- I have loved all of the great upgrades.

My class is now up on Cricut’s website! In it, I talk about trends and give project ideas including vase wraps, labels, snack cones, a cute card box idea, drink stirrers and many more. Then I give step by step instructions on how to many adorable scalloped escort cards and table number signs.

Ignore the bad quality of the photos above. They are screen shots of the video. I want to give a big thank you to Amanda Phelps for the beautiful calligraphy on the escort cards.

The video is totally free and you can watch it here any time!

**To make things even more exciting for me, the wonderful team at Provocraft gave me some cricut cartridges to give away!!*** I will be splitting them into two giveaways.

The first will be a set of 3 fun cartridges that are great for everyday crafting and weddings as well:

Paper Lace (my favorite new cartridge!)

Damask Decor

and Carousel

Next week, I will be giving away a set of four wedding related cartridges too!

You can enter to win these three cartridges in 3 ways:

1. Comment on this post, telling me how you would use the cricut for a wedding. Or- if you did use the cricut for your wedding decor- I’d love to hear how!  Also, if you watch the DIY class, let me know what you think!

2. Tweet or post on Facebook about this giveaway. Once you have, comment with a link back here.

3. Blog about the DIY class and the giveaway. Once you have, post again here with a link to your blog post.

You can enter each way only once. You can enter until midnight on Thursday, July 7th. I will announce the winner on Friday the 8th.

Have a wonderful 4th of July weekend everyone!
