Winter Party Playlist

As I mentioned in my recap of our Winter Party, we always send our guests off with a playlist of songs that we relate to that season. It is one of my husband’s favorite things to do and, although every seasonal playlist has been great, I have to say that this one is one of the best.

Here is the rundown of what we included this year:

  1. I think that is a really cool thing. I love it. How long has this been a tradition? I love sharing music as a gift. Parties are a fun way to do this. For my 30th birthday party, I requested that everyone bring a cd of “songs theyve been digging lately, or all time favorites”. and I had a cd for them as well. It was soo much fun going through 20-30 new cds of music and getting a sense of each person’s personality.

my question, do you aim for “winter” type songs for your winter party, or just songs that you are “feeling”?

  2. Thanks Andy! Yes, we pick songs that feel like that season :)

  3. Thanks for the reply. I love it.
