A few weeks back, Darcie coordinated the wedding of Megan and Dom at the Ole Hansen Beach Club in San Clemente. It was a special wedding for us because the mother of the bride, Tara, is the owner of Megan’s Garden, a florist that we not only work with on weddings but also where Darcie got her start in the wedding industry.

Flash back about 4 1/2 years ago: I was in my first season of having my own business and one of my first weddings for that summer was at Ole Hansen. When Tara and her floral team arrived to set up, I recognized one of her assistants. Darcie and I had played soccer together back we were young and I had not seen her since. We connected instantly and she started assisting me over the next year and even earned the same internship that I had gone through. We had not done a wedding together at that venue since, so it was fun to connect everyone back together where it all started!

Back to Megan and Dom: they are such an awesome couple! Darcie actually also grew up with Megan, so it was even more special for her to be a part of the day. Darcie did such a great job and Tara rocked the roles of Mother of the Bride AND florist! Megan and Dom: We are so excited for you! We cannot wait to see what God does in and through your marriage!
